ABOUT OUR AGENCYI’ve been affiliated with State Farm for more than 10 years, starting my journey in March 2015 and opening my own agency in November 2019. Today, we’re a close-knit team of four full-time staff members and one part-time team member. We work hard, support one another, and share a deep commitment to helping our clients and community thrive.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Christian Davis - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
