"This is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with. We have been with this company and this particular group for some time, and our experience is that they simply can’t get it together. When we got married, it was almost a year until everything was correct. We”d pay our policy, then we’d get a reimbursement check in the mail, then sometime later, we would get a notice stating that our policy was canceling because it hadn’t been paid. Then of course we would call make the payment. They would tell us that it was a problem with underwriting and then a few months go by and basically the same issue over and over again. They are extremely insufficient, clearly don’t work with the whole team very well, and simply exhausting. After giving them multiple chances over an extended period of time, we of course, have decided to go with another company. So if you have endless amounts of time to call back-and-forth deposit checks, and repay policies because things are not being ran well, choose this group; otherwise, go elsewhere."
